Precautions: There are varying opinions on the use of blue vervain during pregnancy due to its emmenagogue action. Some advise caution, while others find it to be safe. If you are pregnant, please do your own research and consult a trusted healthcare practitioner to determine what feels right for you. Coadministration of blue vervain and iron supplements reduces absorption of the iron.
