Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and Autumn Skyes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. For information on returns, refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on herbal tinctures and other consumable items. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately with your order number and a photo of the product. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or a refund.

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used. All returns must be pre-approved, and we reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet our policy criteria.
