When pressure, congestion, or fogginess takes over, it can feel impossible to think clearly or get comfortable. This blend was made to open the head, ease sinus pressure, and relax tension in the upper body. Cooling, clearing, and gently circulatory, it helps bring relief when your head feels heavy and tight.
Peppermint: cooling and opening, it supports sinus drainage, eases headache tension, and promotes clearer breathing.
Feverfew: helps regulate vascular tone and is traditionally used to reduce headache frequency and intensity.
Hyssop: supports healthy lung and sinus function while easing congestion and stagnation.
Goldenrod: tones and clears the sinuses, especially where inflammation contributes to pressure and blockage.
Yarrow: supports circulation and reduces inflammation, helping release built-up tension.
Wild lettuce: traditionally used for it’s calming and pain-soothing qualities, easing muscle tightness and nervous irritation.
Headspace can be used at the first signs of sinus pressure or tension headaches, or taken preventatively during times of recurring congestion.
Suggested use: Shake well before use. Take approx. 1-2 droppers (30-60 drops) 2-3 times per day as needed or as directed by your healthcare professional
How to use: Take the recommended amount directly under the tongue or along the inner cheek for quick absorption into the bloodstream. If the taste is too strong, dilute the tincture in a small amount of water, tea or juice. You may also start with a few drops and gradually work up to recommended amount to ensure your body responds well, as everyone's needs are different.
Safety: Wild lettuce may enhance the effects of sedative medications.
