Best taken during flareups or consistently for those with frequent upper digestive irritation.

 

Marshmallow root: rich and mucilage that coats and protects irritated tissues, easing inflammation in the esophagus and stomach.

 

Calendula: supports tissue repair and calms irritation in the digestive lining.

 

Lemon balm: relaxes nervous tension that contributes to reflux and soothes the stomach.

 

Licorice root: helps restore and protect gut lining while reducing inflammation. 

 

Peppermint: cools heat and relieves cramping or bloating that often accompany reflux.

 

Safety: Licorice root may raise blood pressure or interact with certain heart medications; avoid with high blood pressure unless guided by a practitioner. Lemon balm may interact with thyroid medications.

 

Suggested use: Shake well before use. Take approx. 1-2 droppers (30-60 drops) 2-3 times per day as needed or as directed by your healthcare professional.

 

How to use: Take the recommended amount directly under the tongue or along the inner cheek for quick absorption into the bloodstream. If the taste is too strong, dilute the tincture in a small amount of water, tea or juice. You may also start with a few drops and gradually work up to recommended amount to ensure your body responds well, as everyone's needs are different.
