Hawthorne leaf and flower: a classic heart tonic that strengthens and nourishes the cardiovascular system, while gently lowering blood pressure overtime. 

 

Skullcap: calms nervous tension and helps release the gripping anxiety that often pushes blood pressure higher.

 

Tulsi (Holy basil):  an adaptogen that eases the stress response, keeping the body from staying locked and “fight or flight.”

 

Yarrow: supports healthy circulation and has an helps the blood vessels stay flexible and responsive.

 

Ginger: warms and stimulates gentle blood flow, keeping things moving while supporting digestion and circulation together. 

 

Suggested use: Shake well before use. Take approx. 1-2 droppers (30-60 drops) 2-3 times per day as needed.

 

How to use: Take the recommended amount directly under the tongue or along the inner cheek for quick absorption into the bloodstream. If the taste is too strong, dilute the tincture in a small amount of water, tea or juice. You may also start with a few drops and gradually work up to recommended amount to ensure your body responds well, as everyone's needs are different.
