Precausions: There are varying opinions on the use of mugwort during pregnancy due to its emmenagogue action. It may also dry milk during lactation. Mugwort is considered to possess cumulative toxicity due to its thujone content and should not be used long-term or at high doses. Please follow suggested dosing use and take breaks every couple weeks.
