Skullcap: calms nervous system excitability, easing overstimulation and helping the body respond more evenly to triggers.

 

California poppy: gently relaxes the nervous system, supporting rest, reducing sensitivity, and taking the edge off pain.

 

Ginger: reduces inflammation and nausea while supporting healthy circulation.

 

This blend works best when taken daily, not just during an attack has it helps build resilience overtime.

 

Suggested use: Shake well before use. Take approx. 1-2 droppers (30-60 drops) 2-3 times per day as needed.

 

How to use: Take the recommended amount directly under the tongue or along the inner cheek for quick absorption into the bloodstream. If the taste is too strong, dilute the tincture in a small amount of water, tea or juice. You may also start with a few drops and gradually work up to recommended amount to ensure your body responds well, as everyone's needs are different.
